FITNESS: 15 LITTLE LIFESTYLE CHANGES THAT WILL HELP YOU GET HEALTHIER!

  1. INVEST IN A WATER BOTTLE
    Investing in a great water bottle you will keep with you will help you to keep hydrated throughout the day! Many of us don’t keep ourselves hydrated.
  2. STRUGGLE TO STICK TO A DIET? START WITH THIS SIMPLE RULE
    If you struggle to keep to a diet, try this one rule…NO PROCESSED FOODS! If your relient on pre-packaged foods you will notice massive changes in just one week with this one rule!
  3. USE TO 20-20-20 RULE AT THE COMPUTER!
    Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. This is a great way for you to avoid straining your eyes and make those eyes look tired.
  4. IF YOU MUST EAT FAST FOOD, STICK TO THE KIDS MENU!
    As much as we recommend avoiding fast food all together, we understand sometimes that is impossible. If you must have fast foods we recommend you stick to the kids menu and definitely don’t go large! By sticking to the kids menu you’re less likely to store those excess calories as stubborn body fat!
  5. INVEST IN A SLOW COOKER
    This in an excellent way to avoid eating out and eating fast food. By investing in a slow cooker you can cook your evening meal whilst you’re at work. There are excellent recipes that you can cook while you’re at work, which means you can eat a lot better.
  6. BRING IN A NAUGHTY TWO BITE RULE!
    This is a little fun thing to do when you are craving them naughty foods. Take two bite-sized portions of the foods that you are craving. Fill a glass of ice cold water. Eat your first bit of your naughty craving. Take a large gulp of the water. Wait 1 or 2 minutes, then eat the second bite of them naughty cravings. This is an excellent way to keep your cravings at an all-time low. We all know how easy it is to binge on your cravings.
  7. TAKE A GOOD MULTIVITAMIN DAILY!
    Taking a good multivitamin daily is the best form of health insurance. Taking vitamins are really important when it comes to looking well and feeling well. My taking multivitamins daily you can improve the look of your hair, skin and teeth.
  8. DO 10 SIT UPS AND 10 PUSH UPS EVERY MORNING
    This may sound a lot harder than it actually is! If you repeat this routine daily, eventually you will be able to increase the number and will not be able to wake up fully until you complete this ritual. This will also kick start your metabolism for the day ahead.
  9. DRINK YOUR COFFEE BLACK!
    Drinking your coffee black will save on those naughty calories the black coffee will also give you extra to get through your day.
  10. INVEST IN A NUTRIBULLET
    Investing in a nutribullet is an excellent way to add healthy additives into your daily diet. With the nutribullet you will also receive a recipe book that will give you the opportunity to choose from immune boosters, healthy heart smoothies and much much more.
  11. USE SMALL PLATES
    Using small plates, means smaller portions! Remember to eat little and often which will boost the metabolism system. A little tip if you’re eating at a tempting all you can eat buffet, use a small plate and wait 5 minutes after finishing to decide whether you really need a 2nd plate.
  12. STRETCH FOR 5 – 10 MINUTES BEFORE BED
    Learn a few calming yoga stretches and practice them before bed. You’ll sleep deeper and feel more in tune with your body.
  13. MAKE SURE HALF YOUR PLATE IS VEGETABLES
    Making sure you get enough of the right food is extremely important. If your plate is half full of vegetables you will less likely fill the other half with something naught like chips. This tip is also great if you eat out regularly.
  14. TAKE A COLD SHOWER
    Ever feel tired or lack energy? Take a cold shower and it will sure to wake you up and make you feel more energized. Taking a cold showers will also encourage you to stop wasting time in the shower. There is also talk of the benefits of switching to cold showers which will be explored in detail very soon.
  15. ADD A HAND SIZE OF PROTEIN TO YOU PLATE
    So we have talked about half your plate being half full of veggies, now it’s time to add a hand size of protein to each meal. Protein is really important to the diet and also helps the body recover if you are active in the gym, which again…we do recommend!
