The sights and sounds at Sefton Park were nothing compared to the beautiful smells wafting across the Liverpool Food & Drink Spring Festival site on Saturday as we tucked into world cuisine right here on our own doorstep. Bringing a true taste of Indian street food to the park, Kay from Liverpool-based Perfect Samosa chatted with our Kate about why their vast array of homemade, stuffed samosas are so popular. And there’s even a sweet treat on offer too.
