Liv Sync Battle is back & supporting children in HDU at Alder Hey
Liv Sync Battle returns with Beyoncé, Prince and Eminem on the fundraising line-up.
There’s a brand new wave of 10 lip-syncing hopefuls lining up to battle it out at Camp & Furnace on Wednesday 27th June 2018, as Liv Sync Battle seeks it’s brand new ‘Gob On Legs’ winner.
Having endured gruelling rehearsals, wardrobe consultations and countless hours learning the lyrics of their favourite musical icons, each act will take to the stage to perform with professional backing dancers from Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalists, MD Productions.
This time around you can expect to see the likes of Prince, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Eminem and more, drop it like its hot for your votes and raise money for Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, High Dependency Unit.
Watch above as we chat with Alder Hey HDU Manager, Jayne to find out how your money will benefit children and their families, during their stay in hospital.
Alder Hey Children’s Hospital cares for over 275,000 children, young people and their families every year. As one of Europe’s biggest and busiest children’s hospitals, the dedicated staff treat everything from common illnesses to highly complex and specialist conditions.
The High Dependency Unit at Alder Hey looks after children who are very poorly and sometimes endure a lengthy stay in hospital. To make their stay and rehabilitation more engaging and fun, Play Therapist, Emma brings arts and crafts, music, storytelling and interactive activities to the unit, and the money raised from Liv Sync Battle sponsorship and your votes on the night, will help ensure that even more children have access to this essential resource.
