Global Scouse Day 2016 is nearly here…

One of the best days of the year is fast approaching and it’s not our birthday – Global Scouse Day is just around the corner.

On Sunday February 28th Liverpool’s most loved and most popular dish will be celebrated as we embark on a mission once again to embark on a quest to let the world know just how good Scouse really is.

Hundreds of venues in the city and beyond will be getting the pans out and getting involved in a bid to serve up as much of our Maas favourite as possible.

Back for it’s 3rd year Global Scouse Day is expected to be bigger than ever and we need YOU to get involved. Of course we will be covering the build up and the event on The Guide Liverpool and this week Ellie caught up with local chef and Scouse extraordinaire, Adam Franklin from the Liverpool Yacht Club to find out more ahead the of the big day.
