New Brighton Seaside Festival: ‘Dressed Up Dog Parade’ coming in aid of Wirral Animal Sanctuary?

Britain is a nation of animal lovers, especially with the creature known as mans best friend; a dog! So this weekend at New Brighton Seaside Festival you can enter your faithful hound in the Dressed Up Dog Parade.

The parade consists of three rounds:

1) Best Superheroes

2) Best Double Act

3) Best Seaside Scruffs

And will take place at 2pm on Bank Holiday Monday (28th May).

The parade is in aid of Wirral Animal Sanctuary who take in all kinds of poorly and abandoned creatures from dogs & cats to tarantulas & ferrets. They are also helping to boost the hedgehog population which is currently in decline.

You can contact the team to volunteer or adopt here: http://www.wirralanimalsanctuary.co.uk
