What’s on in Liverpool this week, 30th April – 6th May

Liverpool is bursting with club nights, film screenings, family fun and all the live music you can bend your ears around this week as Sound City returns to the Baltic and Smithdown Road Festival get underway. Elsewhere there’s brand new theatre, a chance to experience a live studio recording and a very Scouse salon has thrown open it’s doors in time for a pre-bank holiday make over.

Monday 30th April

Lunch from The Little Deli Crosby

We fell in love with their wholesome Buddha bowls at the Spring Festival this weekend and the girls at The Little Deli Crosby have loads more on the menu to start your week right. Check it out here.

SCREEN at Sound, Duke Street

Beautiful – The Carole King Musical, Liverpool Empire

Carole King’s back-catalogue of hits is absolutely stunning and you can experience them all in the story of her meteoric rise to fame at the Liverpool Empire this week. Tickets and info here.

Wednesday 2nd May

The Vamps, Echo Arena

Roma V Liverpool, CIRCO

Handyman Stage at Smithdown Road Festival

The Smithdown Road Festival 2018 launches its 5 day extravaganza on Wednesday night with the Handyman Stage at The Handyman pub featuring live music, film screenings and spoken word performances from 7pm. Details here. 


Thursday 3rd May

Sound City 2018, Gigs & Graphics, Baltic Triangle

This is it! Sound City 2018 is go and the Baltic Triangle is set to host a phenomenal line up of live music, beginning with Gigs & Graphics – an opportunity for you to meet those who shape the industry in workshops and Q&A’s. All the details here.
