It is surely the most talked about new venue in the city for 2017. The recently converted area behind Cains Brewery has proved a hit with punters flocking in their thousands in the first few months. Set up with a bar, stalls and a stage on which various DJs do their thing, The Baltic Market is home to the likes off Oktopus, Little Furnace, The Midnight Delivery and many others, meaning that no one will leave with an empty stomach. As the festive season approaches we are reliably informed that various stalls will be tailoring their menus and that the bar will become well and truly ‘mulled’, making this perfect for that Christmas outing with a small twist.
Liverpool ONE has switched on its Christmas lights, which includes that iconic 30 metre, love heart decorated tree. It’s not just any normal tree, it’s a tree that has a secret bar hidden underneath. The pop-up bar is also scattered with mini Alpine-themed huts, which can be pre-booked for private carol-oke sessions! The huts are heated, can seat up to 10 people and are available for hire between 11am-11pm Monday-Saturday, or 11am-8pm on Sundays.
