Chelsea FC vs Everton FC – 06/11 – Premier League Matchday Eleven
Everton are away to Chelsea this weekend. A victory for the Toffees really begins to mount a challenge on the current top four of the table, this fixture has produced some crackers over the years. Evertonian or not, this is not one to miss.
Liverpool FC vs Watford FC – 06/11 – Premier League Matchday Eleven
The Reds face Watford at home after a exhilarating game away at Crystal Palace last weekend. Klopp’s lads will be hoping to keep up their current form, which has resulted in Liverpool being spoke about as potential title challengers. Whilst it is too early to say, if Liverpool keep up their current form, there is absolutely no reason why we cant see our first Premier League title on Merseyside come May 2017.
MMA in Liverpool
Martial Arts have came a long way from the days of Bruce Lee and Chuck Norris. A professional Mixed Martial Artist can now rival professional Boxers when it comes to accolades, fame and wealth. Not everyone is going to be a superstar, but that shouldn’t stop you from giving it a go. Our picks from the world class bunch of gyms in Liverpool to train at are:

After such a busy week, the most important thing to do is rest, rest, rest. But believe it or not, slouching on the couch and downing four beers might not be the most efficient form of recovery for your body. Fancy something different? Why not check out one of Liverpool’s newest crazes, Cryotherapy! It looks like you are stepping into a spaceship, but I have personally given it a try at the Thai Styles Gym in Aintree. Check them out here www.thaistyleliverpool.co.uk or on their Instagram www.instagram.com/thaistyle2014. I can safely say its the coolest thing I have done. Dropping to temperatures of -170, the machine you are in forces your body to generate fresh blood, forcing your body to recover and leaving you feeling rejuvenated. Check out this pic of me giving it a go.
The Stars of the Squad!
Chris is aiming to raise £250 for the Multiple Sclerosis Society by running the Conwy Half Marathon, followed by him immediately cycling 25 miles from the Conwy castle to Rhuddian castle.

Blast from the Past
Everton Officially Named as Everton FC – November.
November is always an important month but for Evertonians, November has a special meaning. It was during this month that modern day Everton FC were officially named so for the first time. Now one of the biggest clubs in England, back in 1879 the club donned its now iconic name for the first time. This was a direct result of people wanting to play for the team from outside the parish, therefore the decision was made to name the club after the local area. Check out this awesome online guide to Everton’s illustrious history. http://www.evertonfc.com/timeline
