Celebrate this Cinco De Mayo in these 5 Liverpool destinations

To some people today is simply Friday 5th May, but to us it’s Cinco de Mayo which is the perfect excuse to fill up on fajitas and sip Margaritas! It’s Friday afternoon, the sun is shining so we’ve listed 5 (cinco!) of our favourite festive hangouts for you to try:

1) LUCHA LIBRE, Wood Street
We’ve been shouting about this place for ages and it’s definitely a firm favourite around town, LUCHA LIBRE is on Wood Street, opposite FACT. Serving up delicious tacos, burritos and definitely some of the best guacamole we’ve ever eaten it’s certainly worth a visit.

2) LA PARILLA, South Road
If you’ve been to South Road there’s a good chance you’ve been to LA PARILLA as it is hugely popular. The small, family run restaurant is fully booked most weekends as people flock from all over the city to visit. The staff are so lovely, the cocktails are epic and the food is authentic; don’t miss the chicken enchiladas!
