LIMF 2019: Day One gets underway at Sefton Park
The most highly anticipated music festival in the North West is now underway in Liverpool and day one is a sell out!
Yes you heard that right, day one of Liverpool International Music Festival (LIMF 2019) with Liverpool Gin is a sell out as music lovers, families and groups of friends descend on Sefton Park to enjoy an incredible line up of live entertainment.
LIMF announced at just after 4pm (Saturday 20th July) that all gate tickets had been sold for the day and it’s no surprise when you look at the line-up. With our Jay as your host on Central Stage the crowds began to build from midday ahead of performances from Sigma part of 3Beat @30, Ella Eyre, YXNG Bane and of course the incredible Nile Rodgers and Chic.
The LIMF 2019 shuttle service, which runs from Croxteth Drive gate to Great Charlotte Street is also a sell out. If you’re looking for an alternative way to get back into the city, check out our festival guide travel section here.
