New Clubhouse for Liverpool One
THE New World Trading Company (NWTC) is coming to Liverpool city centre early in the new year with the highly-anticipated opening of The Club House. Located within Chavasse Park in the heart of Liverpool ONE, the impressive 7,000sq ft bar and restaurant will create 80-100 new jobs in the region.
Set to be NWTC’s 12th venue, The Club House follows the enormous success of The Oast House, The Trading House, the hugely popular Botanist and also in Liverpool, The Smugglers Cove. A total of £100,000 will be invested solely in staff training prior to the launch – a key commitment to which NWTC attributes much of its success.
Designed by Paul Danson Imagineering, the traditional décor is inspired by a New England-style Hamptons manor house, boasting a striking interior complete with beautiful white panelled walls, an entrance foyer leading to a grand staircase with feature chandelier, a wrap around first floor terrace and double doors opening onto a private dining room.
Separate to the 200-cover split-level restaurant is a private dining room accommodating up to 15 guests, and a dedicated beer tasting room complete with self-service taps. Externally the venue features a huge outdoor area that can cater for another 400 covers and features an outside bar and BBQ.

The Club House will offer first-class friendly service for which NWTC is renowned, serving a world-famous craft beers and ales list, cocktails, Champagne and wine. Innovatively presented food will be served from an open kitchen with a focus on deli, rotisserie and barbeque style dishes – available all day, every day. Live music will also fill the venue with daily evening gigs and lazy Sunday afternoon sessions. The soundtrack will be a variation of new and old, enthusiastically delivered live on piano, guitar and vocals; as well as a whole host of outdoor events planned come rain and shine in the external courtyard space.
