Food & Drink - The Guide Liverpool

New innovative BBQ Club concept launches this weekend in Liverpool…

Graffiti Spirits are launching a unique and innovative venture for the city this weekend at both their restaurant Slims Pork Chop Express in Seel Street and at the Liverpool Food & Drink Festival in Sefton Park.
Directors John Ennis, Matthew Farrell and Nick Thomas have travelled extensively in putting together their portfolio of bars and restaurants that also includes Santa Chupitos, Salt Dog Slims, El Bandito, and launching next month in the business district, Santa Maluco.
And it was on their travels that they came up with the idea of a new late night BBQ Club that will showcase a new menu offering equally unique to the city, Crayfish Boil.
The Guide Liverpool
Matt Farrell explained: “We’ve been really inspired by what we have seen when we travelled across several continents over the last 12 months. However it left us thinking that not only could we take the ideas that we saw to another level, but we could also bring something new and unique to our home city.
“We’ve always loved and embraced the idea of sharing as an eating out concept and that’s exactly what our late night BBQ Club will provide. Adding the Crayfish Boil Louisiana-style cooked in a sweet spicy stock and served with barbecue corn, spicy sausage and an ice cold beer to wash it all down completes our new BBQ Club menu offer, for now.”
Crayfish Boil @ the Liverpool Food & Drink Festival, ticketed only. £20 with a beer. 1pm, 2.30pm & 4pm sittings each day on April 23rd & 24th. to register.
