There’s a David Bowie Birthday Party at Grand Central this week
Can you believe it’s been three years since we lost the icon that was David Bowie!?
Considered one of the most influential musicians of all time, David Bowie will be remembered and celebrated for many years to come and with us being City of Music of course his death was felt ten times over in Liverpool.
There are lots of ways you can celebrate his life and music in the city this week, one way is by heading to Grand Central on Renshaw Street on Thursday, the anniversary of his death and two days after he would have turned 72 years old.
There will be a Bowie tribute playing all of his biggest and most iconic tracks, and the good thing is, tickets are completely and utterly free.
The Grand Central Food Bazaar and its 11 tasty vendors will be open for business too serving up asian cuisines, vegetarian delights, small plates, halloumi fries, vegan pizza and lots more. Check out what food is on offer here.
