This is what happened when we had a mass ‘Hey Jude’ sing-a-long at Crazy Pedro’s

Crazy Pedro himself turned up to belt out our favourite Beatles tune with a slice of pizza for good measure.

Liverpool’s favourite late night bar and pizza parlour, Crazy Pedro’s loves to push the boundaries, whether that’s with weird and wonderful pizza toppings, cocktails…..or Guinness World Records™ attempts and music fans the city region over flocked to the city centre to do their bit.

Hosted by our Jay, Simmo and Crazy Pedro himself, fans we’re treated to live music from the brilliant Made in Liverpool Tribute band while the pizza parlour filled up with more round Lennon glasses than you’ve ever seen!

Crazy Pedro

Crazy Pedro needed 300 people to come dressed in Beatles costumes to steal the title for the Largest gathering of Beatles impersonators from Mexico City and despite more than 600 willing participants pledging support online, sadly the torrential rain on Sunday (29th July 2018) meant that number dwindled and so for now, the titles remains in Mexico.

However, not ones to be downhearted for long, there was a mass sing-along of Hey Jude that rocked Parr Street and we think….it’s possibly still going! Huge congrats to the Crazy Pedro’s team who worked their toppings off to get everyone together, served up amazing pizza and kept the singalong going on both sides of the bar.

If you’re not already a massive fan of Crazy Pedro’s, now’s you time to check it out. Not only does it serve up some of the best hand crafted cocktails in the city, ice cold beer, frozen margaritas, but it’s pizzas topping combo’s are out of this world. So far we’ve tried out all day breakfast, chicken and waffle, pulled pork and prawn crackers and wait for it…..fried crickets!

With an outdoor terrace, boss DJ’s (did someone say Spice Girls, Wham, Aerosmith and Hansen..yep!) beer pong and great lunch deals, it’s no wonder Crazy Pedro’s has become a hot spot on the Liverpool bar and restaurant scene.
