This is what’s still to come at the M&S Bank Arena & Auditorium in 2019

The city’s premier music, sport and comedy venue has a hidden gem, come and check out the Auditorium and see what’s on at the M&S Bank Arena.


When it comes to huge music gigs, international sporting events and laugh out loud comedy, our M&S Bank Arena is the perfect venue. We’ve all felt the goosebumps of singing along to our favourite bands, nursing a stitch from laughing so hard at our favourite headline comics and cheered on our local and international teams in everything from netball to gymnastics.

The entertainment line up at the M&S Bank Arena for the remainder of 2019 includes a varied programme of events with something for everyone. With big names such as Michael Buble, Rod Stewart and Liam Gallagher making a bee line for the waterfront venue, now is the time to get snap up your tickets. Some of the Autumn and Winter events are taking place within the arena, but not in the main, 11,000 capacity space we all know.

The acoustically designed Auditorium, with its changeable seating arrangement, is gearing up for a busy Autumn 2019. Seating up to 1,350 this intimate performance space gets audiences even closer to the action. Here’s 10 events taking place at the M&S Bank Arena and The Auditorium that you can buy tickets for right now….

1 – Mothership: Led Zepplin Tribute, Auditorium

Described as the most authentic sounding Led Zepplin tribute in the UK, Led Zepplin tribute, Mothership comes to the Auditorium on 7th September. Tickets here. 

2 – Luther – Auditorium

All night long! That’s how long you’ll be dancing when Luther – the ultimate tribute to ‘The Velvet Voice’ Luther Vandross comes to the Auditorium on 14th September. Tickets here. 

3 – Star Wars The Empire Strikes Back

A truly unmissable event for all Star Wars fans. Watch Star Wars The Empire Strikes Back live on a giant HD screen with the soundtrack performed by a live orchestra. Get your tickets for this 2nd October event here.

4 – Adam Rowe – Pinnacle, Auditorium

Liverpool’s very own comedian Adam Rowe, winner of the Edinburgh Fringe Best Joke 2018, brings his show Pinnacle to the M&S Bank Arena Auditorium on 4th October. We can’t wait for this highly anticipated homecoming gig. Tickets here.

5 – Superstar Pop Party, Auditorium

A brilliant event for all the family to enjoy, Superstar Pop Party pays tribute to all your favourite chart stars in one huge gig. With tribute acts performing Ariana Grande, Little Mix and Ed Sheeran tracks, you’d better bring your singing voice and dancing shoes to the Auditorium on 5th October. Tickets here. 

6 – Russell Howard

Russell Howard is back! Following the incredible success of his 2017 Round The World Tour, Russell brings his brand new show ‘Respite’ to the waterfront arena on 5th October. Tickets here. 

7 – Supreme Queen, Auditorium

Following on from the big screen success of Bohemian Rhapsody, Freddie fans wont want to miss this gig. Supreme Queen comes to the Auditorium on 5th October, performing all the greatest hits that will give you chills. Tickets here. 

8 – Marvel Universe LIVE

Another thrilling family event is heading our way. Marvel Universe Live brings its action packed, legendary show to the M&S Bank Arena on 31st October until 3rd November and kids and adults of all ages will be enthralled! Tickets here. 

9 – Michael Buble

There’s only one way to kick start your Christmas prep this year, and that’s with tickets to see the one and only Michael Buble perform live at the M&S Bank Arena on 3rd and 4th December. Is that sleigh bells we can hear? Tickets here. 

10 – Liam Gallagher
