Liverpool’s Gillian Kearney has been on our screens for years, playing everyone from a young Shirley Valentine, characters in Casualty, Holby City, Shameless and of course Debbie McGrath in Brookside.

Last week she won an Inside Soap award for best bad girl for her portrayal of Emma Barton in Emmerdale so to celebrate we took her to The Clubhouse in Liverpool ONE for a little drink and a natter.
