Allerton Manor Golf Club’s restaurant, The Old Stables has undergone a makeover, welcomed a new kitchen team and launched a new menu. Watch as our Simmo takes you inside above.


The Old Stables serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is a favourite amongst the residents of South Liverpool due to it’s delicious fayre, beautiful surroundings and ample free parking. Located at the heart of Allerton Manor Golf Club the restaurant welcomes both members of the public and golfers alike.

The new menu features stand out dishes including a vegan beetroot burger, confit duck leg served with a Hoisin duck bon bon, Indian style chicken Kiev and not forgetting a great selection of gluten free dishes.

The Old Stables serves a mouth-watering Afternoon Tea complete with a selection of cakes, scones and sandwiches which are all handmade on site each day by the restaurants team of pastry chefs.

Head Chef of The Old Stables, Carl Stenson added “The new menu which focuses on local, seasonal ingredients coupled with the restaurant makeover is sure to keep The Old Stables firmly on the map as the destination restaurant of choice in South Liverpool. The new menu has been designed to really raise the bar in terms of our food offering at Allerton Manor and I hope to see both new and returning customers dining with us over the coming months.”
