Yard & Coop launches buttermilk boozy Bank Holiday brunch in Liverpool
We though we’d heard it all when it comes to brunch dishes, but we’re going to be first in line to try tacros at Yard & Coop.
If you fancy trying somewhere new for brunch this bank holiday weekend, look no further than buttermilk fried chicken emporium, Yard & Coop. This Hanover Street restaurant has a legion of loyal fans who flock to the coop for tender chicken, loaded fries and amazing value kids meals too and now they’ve only gone and boxed off brunch too.
In response to customer requests, Yard & Coop is taking things up a notch, Yard & Coop is breaking into the brunch market with a limited edition menu, especially for the late May bank holiday weekend. Available from 25th – 27th May only, you can get your chops around a boozy brunch menu consisting of four new dishes which include pancakes, waffle burgers and tacros. Yep, tacros!
These tasty croissants have been grilled to crispy perfection and folded to become a taco, stuffed with buttermilk fried chicken and other breakfast delights. There’s also a veggie option stuffed with avocado, scrambled eggs, chives, tomatoes and sriracha garlic hot sauce.
The buttermilk chicken pancake stack is absolutely epic. Make sure you’re hungry as this dish stacks up 4 fluffy pancakes, 2 chicken thighs, maple syrup bacon rashers, blueberries, strawberries and extra maple syrup. Get in our bellies.
The food has been carefully matched with some bloody boozy cocktails, featuring a Blood Orange Negroni, Blood Orange Bucks Fizz and a Bonnet & Cried Red Snapper.
