Yer Whipped Wednesdays! Santa Chupitos launches a new mid-week club night

Santa Chupitos plays Cupid with tinder-style drinks. Our Cilla would be proud!

Slater Street bar, Santa Chupitos has your mid-week bevvies sorted with a brand new concept. Every Wednesday from 5pm guests can rock up and drink from a colour coded cup that best describes their relationship status.

There’s 4 to choose from:

White = Been Ghosted

Green = On Me Ones

Red = Yer Whipped

Orange = Yer a Time Waster

Which colour will you be sipping? Imagine if this simple, yet effective drinking game actually brings a couple together! Could a time waster match with a ghostee? Cocktail cups at just £4.50, beers are just £2.50, shots are £1.50 and we’ve never been more excited to organise drinks after work on a Wednesday.

John Ennis, co-founder of Santa Chupitos, said: “Introducing the new colour coded cups is our fun way of playing Cupid. Over the years we’ve seen plenty of people get together in Santas, and we’ve even had a Santas wedding!

“This could bring more couples together, let other party goers know if you’re being ghosted or if you’re the time waster people need to steer clear of! It’s all tongue in cheek and a bit of fun. We don’t expect to see many red cups about though. If you’re whipped there’s a good chance you won’t be allowed out!”

Home of the $5 shake, Santa Chupitos has legions of loyal fans thanks to the vast array of amazing cocktails on offer. July brings out the best fruity flavours and we’re loving the look of the Bubblegum Sourz and who can say no to a Pina Colada?

Throughout the summer Santa Chupitos has teamed up with Bitter Social who take over the back room every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Sunday nights are all about disco and funky beats with DJ Joe Fearon from 10pm. Weekend drinks and good times, sorted.
