LIMF returns to Sefton Park on 20th and 21st July for two days of amazing live music and family fun.


Who’s ready to kick start the summer holidays with two massive days of music and family fun in the park? LIMF returns to Sefton Park on 20-21st July and this line-up is amazing.

More than 60 international and homegrown acts including: Nile Rodgers and Chic, Sigma, Ella Eyre, Disco Classical with special guests Sister Sledge Featuring Kathy Sledge, De La Soul, Anton Powers, Maverick Sabre, Norman Jay MBE and more are ready to rock the park across four different stages.

In addition to the incredible line up, this year’s LIMF Family Zone will be an engaging and interactive space for children of all ages to play and create together themed this year as disco!

Tickets for LIMF are just £11 for adults and kids aged 12 and under go free. All children require a ticket to gain entry into the festival. Tickets are limited to four children per paying adult (18+). Anyone aged 16+ does not need to be accompanied by an adult. Scroll down to get yours. 

Set to the right of Central Stage, hosted by our very own Jay Hynd, The Family Zone is perfectly placed so the kids can have a ball while the adults can still hear and enjoy all the live acts. Start planning your perfect summer day out in the park with an unforgettable soundtrack at LIMF 2019.


Here’s 6 Things you can see and do at the LIMF 2019 Family Zone…

1 – Bust Some Moves

The LIMF Family Zone will host a retro time machine disco caravan – The Boogie Wonder Van, which offers disco music all day long and a dancefloor area have a boogie.

2 –  Learn From the Pro’s

In fact, if dancing is your thing, why not learn some dance moves from the House of Suarez while you’re there!

3 – If You Go Down To The Woods

Head to the shaded area under the trees to enjoy storytelling sessions and a nice little chill out.

4 – Get Crafty with Tate Liverpool

Tate Liverpool will be hosting family friendly workshops with The Big Badge Exchange. What style of badge will you design?

5 – Mirror Mirror

Keep your eyes peeled for street theatre performances from The Mirror Divas. Sure to be adding a touch of glamour to LIMF 2019 Family Zone.

6 – Festival Chic

Back by popular demand, LIMF Family Zone will host a fabulous festival face painting tent where you can get your glitter on or have your face transformed into your favourite character, animal or design.
